Unveiling Radicalism and Terrorism in the Perspective of the Quran

Terrorism and radicalism have had a significant impact on the world in recent decades. This phenomenon poses a serious threat to national security, social stability, and global peace. However, there are different perspectives on how the teachings of Islam view terrorism and radicalism. Therefore, this research aims to provide a general overview of terrorism and radicalism, while exploring the perspective of the Quran on these issues. This study utilizes the method of maudhu'i exegesis, analyzing the historical context and understanding of Quranic verses to find answers. The research findings indicate that there are no Quranic verses that promote terrorism and radicalism. Instead, it is certain groups that lack a proper understanding of the words of Allah SWT. The objective of this research is to broaden knowledge and delve into the Quranic perspective on terrorism and radicalism
